While we don't believe that banks are giving away houses for free, the Foreclosure Short Sales Real Estate Course says they can get them for pennies on the dollar basically. Then, to top it off, you won't need to worry about credit checks or even income verifications. Last but not least you can make $25,000 in just a few weeks. Oh, did we mention this was all within the first headline and paragraph?
Well this was the beginning statement the Foreclosure Short Sales Real Estate Course was going to have to live up to as we researched their sales page. At first we skipped over the testimonial and subscription box, but when we came back to the testimonial we found where the $25,0000 came from on their page. They weren't necessarily saying you would make that money, but someone from Hawaii did.
So What Do You Learn?
Well, how does purchasing homes 30%-50% below market value sound? This is only one of the many informational tactics and tips that the Foreclosure Short Sales Real Estate Course covers in their product. However, you may enjoy other areas like how to create instant equity, building huge profit margins, and why financial institutions need to discount loans. The point is they should have enough to help you become very knowledgeable on this subject.
The farther you get down their sales page, the more you'll find available. If you've wanted to learn how to negotiate deals with owners who are having problems, this course says they will teach you. Everything else revolves around finding properties and foreclosures, negotiating with banks, financing the properties with various techniques, but most importantly getting a quick turnaround and making a large profit.
Bonuses to Enjoy
In the end, it's all about short selling and we haven't even covered the other twenty-plus benefits they post on their sales page. There are a substantial amount of bonuses available for those of you who like extras. In all there are five that give you more complex information regarding foreclosure laws, resources, all the contracts and forms that will be used, along with foreclosure listings.
However, it's the email support that drew our attention to the Foreclosure Short Sales Real Estate Course above anything else. You don't see sales pages like these offer to personally answer any questions you have within a 48 hour period. Usually they are just trying to make money and don't really care about your interests even though it may sound like they do.
Our Overall Analysis
Truthfully? The email support sets the Foreclosure Short Sales Real Estate Course apart from many of the other informational products out there on the same topic. If you're still unsure as to whether or not this is for you, then read the testimonial right after the list of bonuses. It could help you feel at ease and realize that this is something you should dive into if you want a future in this industry.
So when you get a moment be sure to read over all the material they are providing for you. When it's all said and done you could be calling yourself an expert in the foreclosure industry and leaving testimonials yourself about the experience. Good luck.
Let Real Estate Review Kings Brian Keith Garvin & Jeffrey D. West present to you more about Foreclosure Short Sales this very second. You can without notice visit our website as we have a myriad of wherewithal to help you find what you want, with no obligation.

One of the biggest threats to living today is pollution. In urban environments, you can see the pollution all around you. But even if you live in a pastoral, rural setting, pollution is reaching you. Urbanites, farmers and everyone in between are all ingesting some of this pollution in the foods they eat. These toxins can accumulate in the colon and cause a variety of ailments. To flush these toxins from your body you should consider a colon cleanse.
Colon cleansing can be accomplished in a variety of ways. You can get colon hydrotherapy, also known as a colonic. You can use fasting in conjunction with herbs for a slower, at-home colon cleanse. You can also use colon cleansing herbs with a restricted diet. Regardless of how you choose to clean your digestive tract, you will be flushing interior pollution from your body.
The toxins that cause the pollution of your own personal sewer system act in much the same way as foreign objects act in your home's sewer system. The more junk you put in your body, the less-efficient your body's plumbing will be. Colon cleansing clears your digestive tract to allow it to function better.
A colon cleanse should be maintained by eating a diet high in fiber and probiotics. Both of these help your system eliminate waste efficiently. When you are eliminating waste from your body regularly, you are not giving the toxins a chance to linger and ferment in your digestive tract. Optimally, you should be having a healthy bowel movement after every meal.
But most of us aren't that regular, or our stools are not very healthy-looking. Colon cleansing will help you reset your digestive system. If you maintain a colon-friendly diet after your colon cleanse, you will stay regular. If you go back to your regular, not-so-healthy diet, you should probably plan on having your colon cleansed regularly. If you stick with a diet that is naturally colon cleansing, you may not have to do another colon cleanse for quite some time. Your system will also be more prepared to process the occasional fast-food burger if you usually stick with healthy foods.
Colon cleansing is a good idea for most everyone, but some persons with preexisting colon conditions, are not good candidates for most colon cleanses. They still may benefit from a strict diet including herbal and probiotic supplements. Be sure to consult your doctor before beginning any colon cleansing routine. Also consult your pharmacist or doctor if the colon cleanse you are considering includes herbs. Many herbs may decrease the effectiveness of prescription drugs.
To feel healthy, you need to keep toxins from polluting your body. Since the colon is where most of these toxins end up, keeping your colon clean is an important step in maintaining overall good health. Colon cleanses can help flush these toxins out and other colon cleansing products can help you keep those toxins from hanging around in your bowels. If you keep your colon healthy, the rest of your body will usually follow.
If you are looking for instant constipation relief on demand and colon cleansing look no further. PoopDoc is the #1 rated constipation relief and colon cleanse remedy in the World.

Football is a sport deeply embedded in American sporting culture. I am not referring to soccer ofcourse. What I am referring to is American Football. It has continually influence the lives of many insofar as their sporting lives are concerned. This is so since football is a very fascinating game. It is fast moving, fun and sometimes painful to watch, especially when players tackle each other. And while some may refer to it as a bit rough, it nevertheless has some grace to it, which if appreciated in the right manner, might seem polished. To say however that it is as graceful as ballet for example, would be pushing it.
American football is a tough sport. This is characterized by the sport in that, to be an effective football player, one should have the right size so that they may be able to compete properly with other players. This is not to say ofcourse that all football players are huge. There are also a few exceptions. And one of them is Doug Flutie. This rather short man, having American Football as basis, grew to be one of the greatest quarterbacks in football. But the highlight of his career was when he was in college.
College football as differentiated with pro football is faster, and more aggressive. This is evidenced by the fact that players in it are younger compared to that of pro football. But when we are talking about the play that takes place between these leagues, there is no doubt that the plays being executed in pro football is more refined and polished. Also, players in pro football are more mature when it comes to the execution of plays and also of filling in their roles. Such that pro football is a different level compared to that of college football.
With the love of football deeply embedded in American culture, what follows it, like any other sports, are betting on the game. Betting in sports happen even if what is concerned is college sports. And in this case, college football. According to those who love to gamble, by betting on sports, it makes the game more interesting. It makes it more fascinating. People who often bet on college football experience the kind of thrill that other people who are not betting don’t feel. This is because they have their money on the line and by having it on the line, there will be a different thrill on it.
But you should be careful in placing your bets, you should ask help in determining your chances of winning. This is important since heavy gamblers often place bet “above of the ordinary” amount. Espn College Football Picks can help you. One place wherein there are advices are Espn College Football Picks. Espn College Football Picks is a good way to educate yourself for smart betting. We are a nation of addicts and our addiction is spreading worldwide. No, it is not tobacco or even alcohol abuse that is so prevalent. It is our addiction to fast food that is killing us. Americans consume thousands of pounds of greasy cheeseburgers every day. Not to mention the fries and drink. The total calories for this basic no frills fare from Ronnies steak house is a whopping 1200! Add just one vanilla triple thick shake to the tune of 1110 calories and you are at your daily limit.
There is no escaping the onslaught, every small town in the nation has at least on fast food restaurant. Many have more than that, in my town of less than 25,000 people we have McDonald's, Hardees, Arbys, Taco Bell, Quiznos, Dairy Queen, Burger King 3 Sonics, 2 Subways and more pizza joints than I can count. With this type of saturation, is it any wonder that fast food obesity is the fastest rising health threat?
Anyone who had seen the documentary Super Size Me has been shocked at by not only the link between fast food and obesity causes but also the other health risks the show brought to light. We knew that the food probably was not good for us but even the physicians involved in this experiment never dreamed that a person could exhibit liver damage from fast food. If you have not seen the film, Morgan Spurlock ate only Mcdonalds for 30 days in the documentary.
Clearly, our love affair with the cheeseburger has gone on long enough but is there truly a link between the fast food and obesity causes?
Since fast food began in 1960's America has steadily gotten heavier. Today 60% of us are overweight and a full 25% are obese. Alarmingly it seems our children are not escaping the trap either. Today there has been a 40% rise in type II diabetes in children, a disease that was once known as adult onset because it did not strike until around age 50. In addition, let's not be misled obesity causes type II diabetes.
Nevertheless maybe these are all just strange coincidences. Let us look at the Mcdonald's happy meal although the calories are not given for the meal on their menu we can take the individual parts and add it our self.
Cheesburger-300
Small Fry- 230
Small Coke - 110 (we all know they are not drinking juice)
That totals 690 calories or nearly half the recommended daily allowance! Keep in mind this is just the basic no frills small meal, get them the big kid's meal or a regular big mac meal and the totals jump even higher. If you think that is bad check out the calorie count for the double whopper, 920 calories, and that is just the burger no cheese! Maybe it is not such a coincidence after all. There is strong evidence that fast food is an obesity cause.
So exactly what is the big deal? What if a few people and their children get fast food obesity? This is a free country we should be able to do what we like right. Maybe so however we need to be informed on what impact this will have on our health. People who are fast food obese have a great health risk. The diseases associated with obesity include type II diabetes, high blood pressure, coronary artery disease and stroke. Any one of these diseases can be at best debilitating and at worst deadly. The danger increases with amount of weight and age as well as other bad habits such as smoking or alcohol use. America's obesity causes are a problem we desperately need to solve; it is a ticking time bomb. Just imagine if over half the people in the country were disabled. That leaves 40% of the nation working and trying to cover disability payments and health care. That is a serious risk to our nation but more than that, we have a population at risk of dying far too young all because of fast food obesity.

It’s no secret that teenagers generally suffer from the worst skin complaints. Due to their fluctuating hormones their skin can endure some fairly dramatic changes, acne and oily patches being the most common skin conditions faced by teens. There’s a whole skin care market designed specifically for teenagers, and the choice of products and methods can be somewhat daunting! There are certain things which you can keep in mind when choosing products and carrying out your routine…
The most important thing is to use natural and organic skin care products so there is no chance of harsh chemicals irritating skin that is already sensitive. Natural ingredients should not aggravate conditions like acne and eczema.
You should seek out natural skincare products with active, soothing ingredients. Lavender, aloe and chamomile are good for irritated, sensitive skin, and tee tree oil works well as an antiseptic for infected spots.
Entirely astringent products should be avoided. Although the skin appears greasy, depriving it completely of moisturiser can in fact make it worse. Light, non oil-based moisturisers are available. It is best to use skin care specifically designed for teenage skin as normal products generally cater for skin that is more durable and stable (unless they are specialist or pharmaceutical products).
In terms of your daily routine, it is important to stay clean and wash your face regularly as this will rid your skin of the bacteria which can cause infections and worsen acne. However it is also important not to over wash, or scrub the skin too often as this can cause the skin to become irritated or secrete more oil. A foaming cleanser rinsed of with clean water can provide a good level of cleaning whilst remaining delicate on the skin. If your skin is really oily and you find that you are washing it frequently then it can be a good idea to use blotting papers, or even tissues to remove excess oil.
It is important not to bring you skin into contact with bacteria, or even oil which clogs the pores, so keep your fingers away – if you do have to touch your face then make sure you have washed your hands. It is a bad idea to pop spots, as this can cause the infection to spread. There are many natural products which specifically target spots and pimples, you can use these or just dab on a bit of tee tree oil to dry it up!
Always remove make up before you go to bed, the skin needs to breathe for a period and leaving the pores clogged up is a surefire way to get spots. There are natural and organic make ups ranges, and ones specifically designed for sensitive skin, it should only be lightly applicated.
Long or lank hair hanging around the faces can transfer even more oil to the skin and cause breakouts near the hair line, it can even cause acne on the back if it is always loose. Hair should be kept clean and if it is unavoidably oily then it should be tied back.
Obviously not all teens suffer from problem skin and each case will be different, however it’s a good idea to have the right skin care to make sure that if problems develop they will be under control, and generally just keep your skin in good condition! Ultimately, using a good quality skin care product with natural, organic ingredients means that you are giving your skin the best treatment possible!

The full range of female athletes on the 2008 Olympic teams makes it clear that age and family responsibilities are not the barriers to participation in the Games they used to be. Stories from Beijing highlight the courage and resolve of the mothers of the world - as they demonstrate their athletic prowess and win gold or silver medals.
Significant are the 20 mothers on the USA Olympic team, including past medalists - swimmer Dara Torres, basketball player Lisa Leslie, and softball player, Jennie Finch. Dara Torres stands out as a role model for any mother wondering if it is too late to begin again. Now age 41, she began participating in the Olympics twenty-four years ago, swimming in the 1984, 1988, 1992 and 2000 Games. Retiring, getting married and wanting to start a family, she skipped the 2004 Games and had a child two years ago. Swimming for fitness after the birth of her daughter, Tessa, she thought she was done with competitive swimming. But she found that her times were better than ever.
Eight long years after her last Olympics, Dara marched in the Beijing opening ceremonies with 9 medals to her credit, the most of any USA athlete in these Games. Swimming in individual and relay team competition, she won 3 silver medals, losing gold in the freestyle individual event by only one one-hundredth of a second. She now can now be proud of a record 12 Olympic medals in her career - so far! Asked "what will you tell your daughter about your record at this Olympics," Dara said, "You don't have to put an age limit on your dreams."
Constantina Tomescu-Dita of Romania, a 38-year-old mother of a 13-year old son, was the triumphant gold medal winner of the women's marathon in Beijing. Four years ago in Athens she had to relinquish her dreams of an Olympic medal at mile 20 due to heat exhaustion. But even then she did not completely quit. She walked for a mile - then started running again, coming in 20th in the 2004 competition. This time she was determined to win the race. She practiced and practiced in hot weather, firmly focused on avoiding another injury. Learning from her past failure, Constantina refused to give up on her dreams and worked hard to achieve her goal of Olympic gold.
Another mother, 33-year-old Oksana Chusovitina, took the silver medal for Germany in individual women's vault. Older than most of the other gymnasts by ten years, Oksana had participated in four previous Olympics, representing the former Soviet Union and winning a team gold. What brought her to Germany at this stage of her career? For the past 6 years her 9-year-old son, Alisher, has been treated there for leukemia. When he was first diagnosed, Oksana could not get help for him in her native Uzbekistan. Not one to be stopped by the challenges she faced, she and her husband moved to Germany to train while Alisher was in treatment. Oksana demonstrates her commitment to family by competing for Germany in Beijing.
If you've ever questioned whether you're too old to reach your goals, you can learn a lesson from these athletes and mothers. It's never too late to challenge yourself. With maturity, drive and focus, you can achieve your dreams. As Dara Torres said, "To me, if it helps anyone else out there who is in their middle-aged years, putting off something they couldn't do because they thought they were too old or maybe because they had a child, they thought they couldn't balance things as a parent - if it shows anyone you can do it, I'm absolutely thrilled."

For years, the Motion Picture Association of America has rated movies according to content so that parents would know which movies were suitable for younger viewers. In the beginning, there were just three ratings-G, PG, and R. Movie theaters were also much more careful about admitting children that were too young into a movie that was intended for more mature audiences.
Now there are additional ratings and the movie theaters are not that careful about who they allow in. As a parent trying to determine a suitable movie for your children to see, you may be confused as to what the ratings are and exactly what they all mean. Below is a description of each rating and how it is determined.
The G rating stands for General Audiences, although this does not signify that it is a “children’s movie.” It simply means that there is nothing offensive in the theme, language, or content that would be unsuitable for young children. The presence of violence in the movie is minimal, and there is no nudity, sex, or drug use depicted.
The PG rating stands for Parental Guidance Suggested. While there may be some violence and brief nudity in the movie, it is entirely up to the parents as to whether their children should view it or not. The Motion Picture Association does not feel that the content is intense enough to strongly caution parents. There is also no drug use depicted in a PG rated picture either.
One of the newer ratings is the PG-13 rating, which stands for Parents Strongly Cautioned. These pictures are not recommended to be viewed by children less than thirteen years of age as they often depict violence, nudity, sensuality, adult activities, and other elements that go beyond the PG rating but are not deemed to warrant an R rating. Drug use in a movie will automatically cause it to have at least a PG-13 rating.
An R rating on a movie stands for Restricted, which simply means that children under seventeen should not be admitted without a parent or adult guardian. These pictures include adult themes and activities, hard language, intense violence, nudity that is sexually orientated, drug abuse, and other adult situations. Parents are strongly discouraged from bringing young children to an R rated movie and should check it out carefully in order to determine if it is appropriate for older children.
Another one of the newer ratings is NC-17 which stands for No One 17 or Younger Will Be Admitted. The Motion Picture Association feels that movies with this rating are too mature for any children to view. This rating does not necessarily mean that the picture is pornographic. It simply means that the amount of violence, sex, drug abuse, and other adult situations are too mature for the younger audience.
Once you understand this ratings system, you should be able to choose movies that are suitable for your children, whether it be in a theater or in the comfort of your own home. For a more detailed description of the rating system, you can visit the Motion Picture Association of America’s Website to find the answers to any questions that you may have.

When you are out on the streets there are circumstances that are more dangerous than others, times when you should be alert to what is going on around you. A good example is when you have reached your parked car and are fumbling with the keys to open the door. This is a time when thugs and muggers often strike.
You are focused on getting the key in the door. You may be carrying packages. You are generally not looking around and could be in serious danger from someone coming up quickly behind you.
A similar circumstance is when you have arrived at the front door of your home. Arriving home is always a relief, a time when you are less likely to be aware of possible danger. And once again you may be carrying packages and fumbling with keys. Always stay alert to what is happening around you until you are safely inside your home or car.
You needn't be a paranoid wreck to simply maintain awareness of your surroundings. Mental preparedness is 90% of surviving a criminal encounter.
When going from a car to a building or vice versa security experts recommend looking around. Carrying a keychain weapon is a good idea if you have thought about and practiced using it.
There are many handy weapons that you can carry on your key chain. Pepper spray, a small stun gun, many forms of small martial arts weapons called kubatons, and small cutting tool can provide you with the means to fight off an attacker long enough for you to make a safe escape.
Even your keys themselves can be a useful weapon in the right circumstances. But what is most important is that you be ready to use what you have at hand to defend yourself if you must.
If you carry a keychain weapon, carry it ready to use when walking between buildings and vehicles. If you are attacked or grabbed from behind, swing around with your weapon forcefully and quickly. Hesitation is your enemy as much as the thug.
If you are using a stabbing or striking weapon you must strike with sufficient force to cause enough pain and damage to allow you to escape. Let go of your purse! Drop the packages! They're not worth getting hurt over.
Pepper spray and stun guns have the advantage of being able to completely disable your attacker without causing permanent injury. And pepper spray offers the added advantage of range. Keychain sprays can be used at up to 20 feet.
But no self defense device will help you if you are not ready and willing to use it. Stay alert. Carry whatever self defense product you choose so that it is ready to use instantly in those situations that are most dangerous. And above all, cultivate an attitude of survival and willingness to defend yourself. A confident look of mental and physical preparedness and will often be enough to keep you out of dangerous encounters.

The late great Charles Kuralt once wrote about the argument that television news can never be quite true to life because the camera's presence alters events. Luckily for him, this argument saved his life and those of others once in the then newly-liberated-from-Belgian-domination Congo; out-to-kill Congolese soldiers acted differently when camera and lights where present.
But can knowledge of the presence of video surveillance cameras operated by the government on a 24/7 basis deter crime in the streets?
Public Spending
Usually, the video surveillance systems you see are paid for by public funds and maintained by public personnel. When you see clearly visible surveillance cameras in the streets, some of which rise as high as 27 feet off the ground, you can bet your bottom dollar that you help installed and maintained them through your taxes.
These surveillance cameras are predicated on public safety and welfare, with the assertion that you and the rest of the law-abiding majority will be safer from street criminals. Cameras should deter people from committing crimes simply because a picture tells a thousand words and moving pictures with DVD definition tell a damning story. But will the ideal "should" equal the real "could"?
Public View
Since you shoulder part of the cost for video surveillance systems, you have to be able to express your opinion on them. Even among your circle of friends and family, opinions differ. Let us take a look into these and you can decide for yourself.
* The presence of video surveillance cameras can prevent crime simply because criminals will think twice about having damning evidence on their heads. It is like what Charles Kuralt wrote.
On the flip side, cameras do not deter crime simply because criminals can and do move into non-surveyed areas. Even for Big Brother, cameras can only see so far. These are short-term deterrents at most.
* You need not fear crime when 24/7 cameras are around. After all, nobody particularly likes to be recorded committing crimes and having these footages slapped before you in the court of law.
For most people however, surveillance cameras do not necessarily decrease fear of crime. Indeed, you should not feel any less vigilant for your personal safety in and outside your home, public video surveillance notwithstanding. Much as you would love otherwise, crime never rests.
* Public surveillance systems can monitor anti-social behavior, aid in solving traffic problems, and assist in identifying violators. In Britain, some surveillance cameras are equipped with loudspeakers that call the attention of people who litter the streets, ride their bicycles in pedestrian areas and other anti-social actions; just imagine having somebody you cannot see reprimanding you in front of so many people and you get the feeling. In major US cities, surveillance cameras help traffic controllers ensure the safety of motorists.
But and there are always buts in this case, surveillance cameras can imperil your privacy. You can be the target of discriminatory targeting, voyeurism, stalking and blackmail. Did you know that colored people, women and subjectively kooky individuals are often the targets of disproportionate attention from camera operators? It is human nature, if you will.
Given all these pros and cons, you should be able to decide whether you want video surveillance systems installed and maintained by your taxes in your neighborhood. Take into consideration that these cameras have 360 degree capacity, have high-definition quality and can detect movements as far away as a mile away.
Like every human invention, a surveillance camera and a wireless security camera have their benefits and flaws. Learn more about how video surveillance affects you at Video-Surveillance-Guide.com today!

Last week, I wrote to you about the dangers of using Statin drugs to lower cholesterol in high-risk children (”The Answer to Childhood Obesity? Ayurveda! NOT Statin Drugs“), and because I’m devoted to helping our children achieve balance and health in their lives, this week, I’m continuing my three-part series on the topic of childhood obesity.
