I am well aware that World War 2 happened almost halfway into the twentieth century, but this is just a very broad inquiry. Can anyone give me recommendations for documentaries/mini-series' concerning the political/social landmarks of that period (i.e. Franco-Prussian War, British Imperialism and the rise of finance capitalism, the Ottoman Empire, etc.) Any contributions at all are welcomed.
